Every product comes with a 2 Year limited manufacturer warranty.  If your gear was bought from a non‑authorised reseller, it won’t be covered, no bootleg merch rules apply.

 

  1. Buying direct

If your order came straight from www.jimizan.com, go to contact page and fill in form, with your order number to kick off a warranty review claim. If your claim is legit under warranty, our crew will tell you how to send the product back. Unless the law says otherwise, any other costs are on you.

For all warranty claims, products will need to be returned to our team for inspection and assessment before a replacement or refund can be approved.

This helps us make sure every product hitting the road meets the quality standards our fans expect from us. We take performance seriously and every returned item gives our crew the chance to investigate the issue, improve where needed, and keep delivering gear built to go the distance.

Once your item has been received and assessed, our team will contact you with the next steps as quickly as possible.

  1. Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure
  • Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • A repair or replacement if the product isn’t of acceptable quality and the issue isn’t major

You’ll need your receipt, it’s your backstage pass for warranty validation.

  1. Usage Terms

This product is built for every day, household use. If you take it into a commercial environment, the warranty drops to three (3) months, that’s just how the industry rolls.

The product guarantees that under normal use, the product will be free from faulty parts, manufacturing issues, or workmanship defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Mishandling
  • Abuse
  • Accidents
  • Ignoring care or operating instructions

We cover:

  • Faulty materials
  • Defects in workmanship

We don’t cover issues caused by:

  • Improper use
  • Lack of care
  • Accidents
  • Excess moisture
  • Insects
  • Power surges
  • Lightning
  • Tampering, modifications, or unauthorised repairs

The warranty covers Jimi Zan products only, it does not cover any device or item used with them.

  1. Limitation on liability
  • Where allowed by law, this Limited Warranty replaces any other written or implied warranty, including merchantability or fitness for purpose.
  • Products purchased directly from www.jimizan.com come with a 2‑year Limited Warranty, unless otherwise stated.
  • We’ll repair or replace defective parts within a reasonable timeframe, free of charge, at our discretion.
  • We won’t cover shipping or transport costs from you to us or to your warehouse, unless required by law.
  • The maximum liability is the purchase price you paid. We’re not responsible for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
  1. Other conditions

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state.

The warranty is void if:

  • The serial number label is removed or damaged
  • The Product wasn't purchased directly from www.jimizan.com
  • The product wasn’t purchased from an authorised reseller
  • We do not offer exchanges for change of mind purchases. Products will only be replaced if they are confirmed defective, and replacements will be issued for the same item in line with our Warranty Policy.
  • While our products offer protection, no case or accessory can guarantee zero damage, minor cosmetic scuffs may still happen, rock n roll isn't pretty. Jimi Zan isn’t liable for damage to your device when using our products.
