We aim to fire out all orders from our warehouse within 1 business day of purchase. Sometimes delays can happen due to stock availability, support bands running over time, high-volume drops, or seasonal rushes, but we always do our best to keep things moving fast and loud.

Orders are packed and processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 8:00am – 1:00pm AEST. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will roll into the next business day for processing.

In some cases, our crew may need to contact you before your order ships.

All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro: 2–5 business days
  • Regional: 4-6 business days

During peak periods, delivery times may run a little slower than usual.

Our warehouse is closed on public holidays.

 

  1. Tracking

Once your order leaves the building, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email loaded with your tracking details so you can follow your gear all the way to your door.

  1. Cancellations or Changes

Because our systems move fast, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel online orders once they’ve been placed.

If your order has already shipped, no stress. You can return unopened products once they arrive and we’ll process a refund back to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
  • Large orders may arrive in multiple shipments, so if part of your order lands first, the rest is probably already on the road

Orders placed after 2:30pm EST on Friday, or over the weekend, won’t be processed until the following Monday.
