Each piece is designed with a vintage aesthetic in mind.

  • Prints are intentionally treated to achieve a faded, worn-in look
  • Over time, washing will continue to enhance this effect
  • This natural ageing process is a core design feature, not a defect

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our limited-run designs and quality control standards:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind
  • All purchases are considered final once completed

 

Sizing & Fit

We take pride in providing accurate sizing guidance.

  • Please carefully review our size chart prior to purchase
  • We do not offer exchanges or returns for incorrect size selection
  • If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend comparing measurements with a favourite piece you already own

 Faulty or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every piece.

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect

To submit a request:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Items must remain unused, packaging unopened, unworn and unwashed

 Return Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been opened (Packaging), used, worn, washed, or altered
  • The request relates to sizing or change of mind
  • Care and usage instructions have not been followed

Return Shipping Cost

Returns will need to be shipped for review:

  • All costs for shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser
  • It is your responsibility of ensure it is returned, advise for tracking to confirm return

Exchanges

There are no exchanges on any item

Replacement item, of same product, are only replaced if they are defective as determined by the Quality team.

 

Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality (fit for purpose) and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
